First of all, the tires were not stolen; they were returned to the rightful owner after being "repoed" without notice to the owner.  After the tires being taken were brought to our attention, we called and left several messages trying to figure out all the information and stating we would pay the money on friday.  After several unreturned phone calls from the person suppossedly responsible and held accountable for the tires we ventured to the park and found the said tires.

After talking to a few people it also came to our attention that it was stated to other people that they would have axles and motors removed if they did not pay the owed storage.  This "repo procedure" was never brought to our attention but we have been trying to remove the truck from the property for about 2 weeks now but we have not had a trailer to do so.  It seems a little unfair to tell other people that you will remove their motor and axles and such if they didn't remove or pay up their truck and then not do so to their vehicles and do to those that were not informed. Doesn't really make sense to me but that's fine.  I understand he didnt fulfill his obligation to pay up his storage every month but if you do to one you should to to all.

I will be seeing you friday to make payment of the $150 owed for storage.

Thank you and have a wonderful day!

i am not try to start anyhting with any one but in my opinion it was kind of messed up that u had a roll back wrecker come out there and take the white bronco with out bringing it to anyones attention and if the tires were taken without the owner knowing that was messed up.

I don't know who you talked to for that mis information.  If you would come and talk to me we can cut the middle man.  The only thing I said is that your truck needed to go home due to non paid storage.  I'm trying to clear out some room so I can move some of my own stuff around.  I don't want hard feelings, but we had an agreement that was not honored.  The room is more valuable than the hassle of chasing late rent.  I had no intention of parting out your truck, but I did say that if anyone saw you to relay the message that the truck needed to be picked up, as your phone was diconnected and I had no way to get a hold of you.  I hope this clears up any confusion.   If you can not meet an obligation then you need to talk to the other party involved in that obligation to let them know what's up before several months have past so the other party knows what's up.  It will keep people from feeling like they got screwed.  Like I said, no hard feelings.

me`and mike`have worked out a deal and all is good. i was just extremely upset last night when i posted this. i did infact repo my tires cause it went on for month with no contact and no money being recieved. original agreement was 50 dollars a week and i recieved the first 50. then he dropped off the planet. so i decided to take my tires back. but we did work it out and im getting payed this week. i to hope there are no hard feelings.

and i had no involvement with the rumors of the engine, axles, etc......... i was concerned about my tires only
